By purchasing at the auction the purchaser acknowledges the following terms

Purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the condition and authenticity of the articles being sold.

Payment of items at auction can be made in either cash or Cheque with ID. Cheques in the amount of $10000 or more should be accompanied by bank letter of credit with endorsement from the financial institution concerning the purchasers credibility , or Auctioneers approval.

No buyers premium will be in affect at this auction.

Purchasers will be responsible for the removal of the items purchased at the auction in a timely manner and will accept responsibility for items purchased and left at the auction site at conclusion of the auction.

No storage is available for items purchased at auction.

All announcements related to the auction or articles at the auction will take precedent over any printed material provided prior to the auction.

Purchasers shall take immediate responsibility for items purchased at the auction upon the announcement by the auctioneer that the item is “sold”
